“ This place is delicious and consistent!! The Fish burrito is smackin! I love the habanero sauce and chips. The horchata is well balanced and not crazy sweet. ”
“ My friends had burrito bowls delivered. I had the fried fish burrito bowl and I was delighted with my meal. The fish was plentiful and perfectly seasoned and fried. the black beans were very creamy and the salsa was delicious and fresh. I asked for no rice and they thoughtfully labeled my bowl so I could easily find it. They also filled my bowl up to the very brim with food, even though there was no rice. it was generous! I would go back in a heartbeat. ”
“ We wanted burritos. Good burritos. We are a family that loves burritos. We came upon Rico Rico by chance, I ordered online and my husband picked up on his way home. I think it may have been for me, the best burrito I've had. Ever. We got two pollo asado burritos and one carnitas. The chicken was plentiful, generous sized pieces perfectly cooked and seasoned. The avocado salsa was so delicious I wanted more!! The portion was generous and the price was very reasonable. My husbands carnitas was tender well cooked, and not fatty. The beans were amazing. Black beans were flavorful and tender. The Fritos beans were delicious. The tortillas were texturally amazing. Good clover tender with some tug when biting into it. Really really good. Like super good. They were ready quickly and piping hot when they got home. So I would say to go service at lunchtime was awesome! ”
“ Tacos Burritos Aguas Huaraches ....all super tasty!!! The tortillas as all home made, and taste like it!! My go-tos are the Taco Al Pastor, Chile Relleno burrito, Carne Asada Huarache, and a Agua. Highly recommend. Everything tastes very authentic. I was skeptical because they have a vegan component but it's incredible! ”
“ Our go to for the fish burrito. I love the crispy fish and the sauces it comes with. I've been getting the bowl lately and it's very good with the lettuce. Service is quick for pick up and it's a great vibe. ”
“ Wonderful Mexican food with simple offerings of breakfast and the usual tacos, burritos, bowls...and the reason I enjoy Rico Rico Taco...their fried fish tacos. Their fish tacos are lightly battered with pico de gallo, chipotle crema and some pickled carrots and sliced radish (escabeche). Fresh, full of flavor and varying textures which I love. The steak bowl was equally delicious and friend really enjoyed! The bowl was quite hefty with beans, rice, shredded lettuce, nicely marinated and seared chopped steak with some crema, dollop of guacamole and pickled vegetables. Their accompanying avocado sauce and salsa wasn't needed but elevated the bowl. Restaurant is modern, bright with a window to the kitchen. Service friendly and efficient for take out. Parking can be a bit tricky on the weekends (Saturday Farmer's Market, Trader Joe's and Good Vibrations...ok maybe not the last place) ;) Metered street parking. Overall, recommend this spot for delicious and fresh, modern Mexican food. No chips offered with your order and ala carte ”
“ Previously I had ordered Rico Rico taco from Uber eats. Our burritos were mostly rice. Each of us grabbed 3 tacos. Asada, Al Pastor and Carnitas. I think the carnitas was the winner. Al pastor is pretty mild and had zero spice. No heat. All of the meats were tender. Habanero sauce was good but not on the same level as Maya Halal hot sauce. Radishes were great between tacos and the little pickled carrots were awesome. Overall a very enjoyable quick lunch. ”
“ Okay so let's be honest the first time I tried this spot it was just meh! So we have it some time to come into its own and let's just say it's come a long long way! The food is extra delicious now! I got the carne asada burrito and while it's not SoCal approved lol it's definitely running a close second I can't even lie. They also have delicious refried beans which I feel like is not a staple up here. You can't always find them especially not good ones. So that made the burrito even more delicious! And whatever is in that green salsa is addicting!! Writing this review has me wanting to go back right now lol! Staff is super friendly and they are really patient which I appreciate always because so many people these days are impatient. Thanks Rico Rico I'll be back again soon! ”
